Discrimination and harassment at work
Phoenix prohibits all discrimination within its ranks and ensures that employment decisions are taken based on skills, merit and contribution to the work of the team. Phoenix ensures:
- Gender equity in Phoenix management and in the remuneration of its teams,

Recommendations in line with sustainable development challenges
Phoenix takes into account the stakes of sustainable development in the recommendations issued to its customers.
Everyday actions in favor of sustainable development
Because measures in favor of sustainable development are part of daily life, Phoenix has undertaken various actions in this direction:
- Limitation of electronic and electrical waste: purchase of equipment not subject to programmed obsolescence and eco-responsible, use of a green web host (Planet Hoster) for our website, use of a server to limit the use of internal emails, etc.;
- Adoption of eco-responsible behaviors in its offices: purchase of all office furniture from second hand, purchase of eco-responsible office supplies, elimination of the use of disposable dishes, implementation of a specific sorting, etc.;
- Adoption of eco-responsible behaviors within the framework of its activity: sending reports in electronic version and organization of meetings or exchanges by videoconference to limit our travels, insofar as it does not impact the quality of our services and when it is accepted by the customer.
Contribution to carbon neutrality
Since its creation, Phoenix has been committed to contributing to carbon neutrality by offsetting the emissions caused by the air travel of its employees: we contribute to agroforestry and reforestation projects in Côte d’Ivoire and Togo, financed by Reforest’action.

Fight against corruption
Corruption includes facilitation payments, money laundering, fraud, gifts and invitations, study visits, conflicts of interest, involvement in political activities… Phoenix places the fight against corruption in all its forms at the center of its concerns and asks its collaborators and partners to be vigilant regarding risky behaviour and to strictly respect the national and international rules on corruption.
Relationship with third parties
Phoenix is committed to respecting the ethical and integrity rules it has set for itself by all its employees. To this, Phoenix is committed to:
- Compliance with the rules of competition,
- The selection of partners (co-contractors) and providers (subcontractors) according to their skills and the sharing of the same values as Phoenix,
- Respect of privacy and the rights of its employees.
