Human Settlements Development Program in Mongolia

In Mongolia, Phœnix supports Groupe Huit in the definition of strategic approaches for inclusive, green, competitive and sustainable urban development within the “Human Settlements Development Program” (HSDP) supported by the Asian Development Bank (ADB). Phœnix is in charge of the “local finances” and “institutions” aspects of a long term mission that should be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
