Phoenix is not a training institute, but…
… training and capacity building are part of our commitment to improving the management of public services. The actions carried out by Phoenix are multidimensional and target several audiences. How?
- As part of our advisory missions: beyond the thematic workshops planned during our missions, we strive to closely associate the managers of the institutions by implementing regular exchanges, facilitated by videoconferences. We also benefit from these exchanges by developing a better understanding of the issues, constraints and expectations!
- As part of our capacity building missions: convinced that consulting also involves sharing our know-how, we provide training sessions to our clients, whether on the tools we have developed to them, such as financial models, or on more academic topics.
- Within the framework of the development of our internal skills: our consultants benefit on a regular basis from “tailor-made” training cycles, on themes directly linked to our activity (the latest to date concerned ‘the demand for water and sanitation services’). These training courses are provided by high-level internal and external experts, working internationally. These sessions are also a source of cohesion for all of us.
- As part of the training of ‘executives of tomorrow’:because the training of executives of tomorrow is one of our social missions, our senior consultants are associated with academic training cycles at universities or major schools and thus share their experience and concrete practices of international missions. By confronting the sometimes ‘sharp’ exchanges with students, the interest is also for us to re-examine the principles and methods of our interventions with the beneficiaries.
